<div id="_mcePaste">The video features Reggie Jackson, the team leader for a mobile needle exchange program that operates out of an RV in Washington, DC.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The needle exchange program, run by the non-profit organization &#8220;<a href="https://sites.google.com/a/preventionworksdc.org/public-internet/" target="_blank">PreventionWorks!</a>,&#8221; provides clean needles to drug users in order to prevent the spread of AIDS/HIV and other blood borne diseases. This is especially significant given the high rate of AIDS/HIV in the District.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Reggie is a former drug addict who has been living with AIDS/HIV and hepatitis C for over 22 years. He uses his experiences to counsel the addicts that come to the RV to exchange their used needles for clean ones.</div>
